I really enjoyed this course and I believe that 3D coaching is the ultimate way to coach. The explanation of the 1D, 2D and 3D levels were really insightful. The fact that you have a framework where you as a coach can create and develop your own program. I really believe that 3D Coaching will develop and grow you as coach and as person. I also believe that the athletes you coach will be better players and people. I will recommend 3D Coaching to everybody.

My idea and mindset around coaching changed completely. I went from seeing myself as a coach who impacts players' lives to someone who changes people's lives whilst using the wonderful tool of coaching.

I have a clearer path and plan of how, when and where because the 3D course helped me form and discover my why.

It gave me a much clearer perspective on the impact we have on our players and that we are much more responsible for them and how their lives turn out than we think.
