People generally only see the product on the field and relate that to a person/team's identity. Anyone who has ever coached knows sport has a much deeper purpose than that. This course does a great job helping to develop the coach first on a deeper level than X's & O's. For a coach to develop those things people see on the field/ court, the performance, teams first need to develop as people.
