This course is exactly what I needed at my stage in my career. I'll be heading into my 28th year of coaching at some level or another. Yes, I've learned so much in those 27 years and had many great people around me to "mentor" and learn from without a doubt. But, this course made me think of not so much what our athletes needed but more importantly what I needed personally prior to "leading" our young adults to becoming leaders of themselves and onto others around them. I'm very fortunate to be in the GREAT community I live in but that alone doesn't guarantee anything unless I act upon the values I have set for myself first and then onto others not just in my community but everyone I come in contact with wherever I am. This course confirmed I was doing things mostly in the correct way but more importantly it showed me "WHY" I'm doing those things and now I know "HOW" to do it better as well!
