Having already read Joe Ehrmann and espousing inside-out coaching this was a nice branching off and g of some of what I already do. Great stuff!
I like to say that "doing the right thing is always good for business," meaning that if we coach in 3D we are putting ourselves in the best position to see excellence (so, yes, outcome oriented there, but, of course, take care of the process and the outcome takes care of itself!)
