God blessed me in my days of playing and coaching football to be play for and coach with five coaches that were 3D coaches. My father, Gordon McKinstrey, Shrine football coach Ed Thomas, college football coach Larry Korver, first coach I coached for, Jerry Staton, and second coach I coached for, Ron Schipper. It is the only way I believed coaching was and how it should be. This course reaffirmed to me that God allowed me to be blessed to learn from these men. This course affirmed the many things we are trying to do with Pella Football and the young men we coach. I learned a lot about the overarching themes in sport today but just did not know how to put these themes into words. There is no doubt where Jeff Duke, Mark Hall, and Wes Simmons stand in their relationship with Jesus. Thank you to you guys for all your work, time, and efforts in 3D coaching. I want to finish my coaching career well and this 3D coaching class has inspired me to keep fighting to the finish.
