This is a transformational course that will change why you coach, how you coach, and the impact of your coaching. I believe this should be required of anyone who wants to take the essence of coaching seriously. I liked how positive everything on here was. I work in an alternative school where many of my students struggle daily, and this really felt similar to how I teach my students; with compassion and love and building them up.
