The is a good course for those starting out on a coaching journey and gives a good background in vision based leading. The course is heavily based in football culture and fundamental Christian values including a connection with FCA, if you share these values it is a good place to start. It lacks depth of thought from different non-traditional perspectives and does not offer training on how be accepting of differences in ideology and lifestyle
