This journey was very informative! Learning and listening to all the different coaches was great! Hearing personal stories, reflecting on life, and realizing that wow, I have seen these things happen. I've seen what a coach who doesn't use 3dimenions looks like, but I also know a few who use some of the skillsets. I believe this journey really does help one to know and understand what a coach should try to become not only for the athletes but also for the community. It allows you to realize the type of coach and person you would want to become.
