I have always taken pride as a coach in making sure winning was a byproduct of the process and making sure that my athletes showed growth in character over focusing on a win at all costs mentality. The 3D model provided so many helpful tips and strategies for helping me evolve as a coach in the areas that I have always found the most value in but haven't necessarily had balance in or been able to create the absolute best community for my athletes.
