The content of this course is outstanding. It reviewed and refreshed knowledge I already had. It introduced a framework and a significant amount of new knowledge that will make be a better person, family member, and professional. All of the speakers are outstanding -- knowledgeable, articulate, inspirational, and genuine. The length of each segment seemed appropriate. The ideas and resources provided will be valuable tools to use in the immediate and near future. Thank you for all of the above!

As I stated earlier, please eliminate the hypocrisy of the extrinsic reward process and the demeaning quizzes along the way. This will give the presentation and overall course much more credibility.

The course is excellent! While geared primarily for the US sporting community the principles are clearly transferable and applicable to coaching in Scotland and the UK. With commitment to 3D principles and the imagination to ground them in your own country, the 3D coaching course can surely be a helpful and important resource in helping the worldwide community called 'Sport' to re-find its soul in situations where it has been buried under 'the way it's always been done', machismo and a 'win at all costs' mentality. 3D coaching helps us get beyond surface and skin-deep approaches to the heart of the matter "Who and Why Are You?"

3D Coach is a framework every person would benefit from learning. It will enlighten sport and athletic community relationships. A great lesson emphasized throughout the content of this course is that sport is what we DO, rather than who we ARE. Transferrable, valuable lesson for all of us to understand. I would recommend that all coaches go through this training to revisit and reflect on the reasons they became a coach and the impact they want their program to have on the athletes and their lives on and off the field.
