I'm a new coach that just knew I loved the sport as a player, and missed the camaraderie of a team. This program has taught me that coaching can be deeper and more rewarding than the superficial aspects that drew me to coaching.

This course was very informative and after learning about different strategies I can use in order to improve my coaching in the 2nd and 3rd dimensions, I strongly believe it will bring my program to new heights. I highly suggest this course for any coach it is definitely going to make me a better coach after learning the content in the class.

3 Dimensional Coaching is the most beneficial professional development course I've taken in the 27 years that I have been coaching. Every coach should be required to take this course. Great stuff!!!

I really enjoyed the course. It forced me to reevaluate how I have coached and how I want my coaches to coach. I feel coaching to all three dimensions is the best way to reach young athletes.

The course design/set up was easy to use. The content of the course is very relevant for the youth of today. The customer service has been second to none (including responses to emails on a Sunday afternoon in June). I will certainly recommend this course to other coaches in my district and conference.
