I learned a lot from the video modules. The information was relevant to coaching, teaching, and parenting. It is so natural to be transactional that it really takes intentional planning to be transformational. This course is very helpful in creating intentional 3D coaches.

I recommend this course. I think that this is a refreshing way for coaches to reflect. I really enjoyed the videos. It was nice to watch and listen to others talk about similar situations that I have been through and to hear that I handled the situations very similar to others.

YES! I recommend this course! It gives you a chance to reflect, which is something that we do not always feel like we have enough time to do. It also gave me some validation for the things that I do and taught me some things that I should stop and think about more often. I really enjoyed the videos and reading the book. It was nice to listen to others that have some of the same issues and feelings as you do.

I absolutely recommend this course! It takes coaching to a whole other level. I was coaching on a 1st dimension and now I realize there is so much more to being successful. Successful coaching does not just focus on the physical ability of the player. It is important to use positive encouragement and get rid of 'joy robbers.' You have to be able to motivate kids. It's best to have them enjoy themselves and experience joy. I learned in this course how to become a 3D Coach and change up my coaching style and help my kids become better on and off the field. I think every coach should take this course.

I would recommend this course because I think there are too many coaches out there that think it's acceptable to just coach in the first dimension. They don't know how to do anything different because that's the way they were taught. It made me reflect on my coaching and my teaching and realize that I could definitely improve in some areas. It also validated some things that I already do and made me feel proud and good about how/why I coach.

If coaches and parents followed the guidelines of this course, schools, communities, and our country overall would see more transformation toward what's important in life - relationships and love. It helped strengthen the reason WHY I coach and provided useful strategies to implement 2nd and 3rd dimension coaching.
