This course gets its students to really think more holistically about their sport and how athletes should feel during and after their experiences in their program. Wins are great, but it's the lifelong impact our methods leave behind that is most important. I'm definitely reminded of that and now have better tools to be more successful in achieving the legacy I want for myself and the players I coach.

My experience in the 3Dimensional Coaching course allowed me to reflect on my own coaching after coaching for 20 plus years. I know it is okay for me to be where I am at as a coach, but it isn't okay for me to stay there. The 3Dimensional Coaching course was just what I needed to have a greater impact on my athletes and our program.
