I really enjoyed this course. It makes you step back and realize that coaching is more than x's and o's. I had coaches that made a huge impact on my life and I feel like this course has rejuvenated my awareness to do the same for my players.

While taking this journey, I find myself as a new & improved coach. I always thought of myself as a strong coach, but now I see I have many areas to improve on and I welcome the challenge. I have been coaching now for almost 20 years, most of my adult life. I never want to grow content and course like this one challenge us to our very core. Meeting the demands of the 21st century student-athlete will not be easy, but utilizing 3D Coaching strategies will allow you to reach far beyond the court or field. These strategies will aid our athletes for generations to come. Thank you for the awesome experience!
