After doing this I watch other teams coaches and players. I try to see how they interact with there athletes to understand how this all works. Some of the athletes are ones that have left the team I coach. It makes me understand how we need to do this to help these childeren/student athletes succeed in life. Not just on the field. It makes them better people and us better people also. I am not only a coach of a youth softball team. I am a fire chief of a volunteer fire dept. There are things in this that will also help with my work there. Thank you.

I took the 3D coaching class in various forms over the years. This was a great refresher for both me as a 20-year HS football coach, but also as an FCA Area Rep.

I would like to have more coaching strategies. (i.e.) "Bench Player" of the week, hand written letters home, Home visits, etc.
