The important part of the whole course is the emotional strategies and examples that are given. As a Coach/Educator I see more students/athletes with more mental problems that effect both athletic performance and classroom performance than ever before when I was a student. We have to learn how to help the kids balance their lives throughout their contact with us to put them in the best position to succeed in life.
