This course makes you want to use the mentioned strategies to bring out the best in your athletes. It emphasizes the whole athlete as well as motivating coaches to remember to encourage team atmosphere of enjoyment which will lead your team to strive to pursue its team goals.

This course was great! I am a younger coach who takes any and all learning experiences I can get so I was happy to be able to have this course offered to me! There was a lot of things brought up in the course that I never really thought about but were so powerful to learn.

As a coach, I can see how I expressed fixed mindset goals with emphasis placed on outcomes and results. Through this course, I can now visualize and better implement a growth mindset among my team/players to foster better relationships. Gaining growth through fostering better phycology and spirit strategies will be firsthand.
