The course is well done. I just do not feel there was a need or new information for someone who has been coaching for 20 years using these strategies already.

Well done. It's "sans mano en corpore sans;" Blume's longitudinal study; Czichzentmihalyi et al.; deliberate practice (Ericson; Gladwell); the Velveteen Rabbit; the Wooden paradigm of the teacher-coach; "In Search of Bobby Fischer," "Sandlot" all pulled together into a coherent tapestry...and it's grounded in the truths of the greatest life ever lived...
