The 3D coaching program is sofar the best and detailed program I have taken since my coaching career in 2013. It has given me a different perception and a clear mindset on how to relate with my athletes and how to help them grow by applying what they learn on the court to real life.

As a former coach, now FCA Staff member, I enjoy the way this course engages coach and parents to think or rethink about how they see sports and our culture. Proverbs 18:21 says "the power of life and death are in the tongue". It is critical for us a coaches to use our words to encourage and empower young men and women.
