Really inspiring, got in a zone and ended up watching the whole course in 1 evening. I've invested so many years in getting a tactical advantage, but the most dramatic improvement in coaching might be at the 2nd or 3rd dimension. Just like the quickest way to improving a team is to focus on developing the weaker players, this might be the most immediate route to improve the impact of our coaching.

Very helpful information regarding the three dimensions of coaching and how they relate to the three aspects of man (body, mind spirit). The videos were very interesting and the diversity of speakers helped keep my focus.

This was a great opportunity to understand the 3D approach to coaching kids today. I enjoyed the presentation. If you want to be a "total coach", then this is the place to be.
