This is an outstanding program. The 3 D framework is something I wish would have been around when I started coaching years ago. Any coach, young or old, no matter what sport they coach can benefit from the framework the 3D Institute provides. I would encourage every athletic director to make this part of their athletic department.

As is usually the case with 3D courses, I am pleased that I took the time to complete it. There were many useful examples that I am walking away with. I also really liked the opportunity to review some of them with the opportunity to receive resource materials.

The course has reiterated to many things we already do as a soccer program that has allowed us to experience success and have impact on the lives of others. Shaping Culture using the 3D Framework provides a great overview of the impact that can be created using the this framework. The flexiblity that is created allows for all stakeholders to adjust to the needs of all. The content is concise and can be impactful for a variety of situations. I'm extremely satisified with starting this learning path.
