Great stuff. Sports and business culture are known for busyness. Some of these essentials may be acknowledged and even craved, but there is little conscious thought given to how to do it or even if change is possible. This course shows need, importance, and possibility of implementing these essential elements to a life-giving culture.

The course reinforced what I learned in the 3-D Fundamentals Course and took it a step further toward applying it as a leader. While the information is all relevant to coaches, especially head coaches, I felt it will be most beneficial for an athletic director looking for guidance on how to lead. There are terrific strategies on leading from the heart with intentionality, framework and purpose.

While all of the messages and points of emphasis are simple and concise it is important that one needs to keep in mind none of this happens overnight. It will all take time, commitment, capacity, and each and everyone one of us working towards "BEing a better version of our best self!"
