In addition to the 3D framework supporting coaches as they flesh out their plans supported by their purpose, the framework can also be applied to the world beyond athletics. When an organization's focus becomes it's foresight, it's purpose promotes a trust that creates human growth and professional development. This is another excellent 3D course for leaders.

Great addition to the 3D framework course. Everyone talks about culture in every program, but few can define it as well as I feel the 3D institute did, or can explain the significance in making the vision become a reality as well as the folks at 3DI. I cannot imagine you will have something as life altering for those in athletics like the initial course, but please continue to come up more content like this in the future. The journey, for me, was full of great reflection on how I do things and very insightful to things that we can do better.

3 Dimensional Coaching is a tremendous architecture for athletic coaches as well as any manager who is trying to establish a team in business to execute a game plan. The research that is represented in this platform is supported by a very understandable dialogue that can be had with your team in creating the WHY, the HOW to achieve a common purpose. This is so well done and provides a great platform for execution.

I have been fortunate to see 3Dimensional Coaching materials grow from the very beginning when it was established. I have gone through every program that 3Dimensional Coaching has ever offered. I have never completed a program and felt like I wasted time, I always find new ideas and feel refreshed and affirmed with the foundation I have built using the 3D Framework. Its not a magic pill, but does provide a framework that can produce magical experiences and results!

This course is the best leadership course I’ve taken. We are trained and professional developed in a lot of things but leadership is not one of them. A famous philosopher once said, “If you want to measure your leadership, look behind you”. Leadership is followship. How we can get those in our charge to give their all to a purpose and a cause is difficult. This course will help anyone build strategies to get to be an effective leader.
In the land of managing data and resources, we are still in the people business. This resource is essential for anyone who is looking to Win in the people business.
