I greatly enjoyed taking and participating in the 3D coaching program. The information was useful, helpful, and thoughtful. I will be making direct changes to some of my coaching styles and drills due to this course.

This course covers what many coaching courses don't and it gets personal with your faith and your relationships. It asked some hard questions and tells some profound stories that help encourage you to do better at some things you already do and start doing things you've never done and know why you're doing them.

I am a veteran coach that coaches as a ministry because I had a 3 dimensional coach so I used much of this a reminder of things I needed reminded of but I also learned was changed and challenged by this curriculum.

I found great encouragement in this training. The concepts and principles taught here are so crucial to impacting others lives that they are transferable to almost any people-focused initiative or work. I learned some new things and revisited some old ideas but with a fresh perspective of how to see the lives of others transformed as I am being transformed myself.

I had been looking for a paradigm for a number of years to continue to pull together our coaches in philosophy and vocabulary to best live up to our school mission. 3D has delivered a very effective paradigm to accomplish this!

This course is exactly what I needed at my stage in my career. I'll be heading into my 28th year of coaching at some level or another. Yes, I've learned so much in those 27 years and had many great people around me to "mentor" and learn from without a doubt. But, this course made me think of not so much what our athletes needed but more importantly what I needed personally prior to "leading" our young adults to becoming leaders of themselves and onto others around them. I'm very fortunate to be in the GREAT community I live in but that alone doesn't guarantee anything unless I act upon the values I have set for myself first and then onto others not just in my community but everyone I come in contact with wherever I am. This course confirmed I was doing things mostly in the correct way but more importantly it showed me "WHY" I'm doing those things and now I know "HOW" to do it better as well!

I was at a crossroads in my role as a coach-- I've very much thought about leaving coaching for the last few years. I was really thankful to have learned from a 3D coach in club and high school as a teenager... however, this program has helped me to learn terminology that I've otherwise not had. It helped me focus on my "why" as a coach. It reengaged my passion and has made me more energized, excited, and ready to be back in the gym in the role of "Coach." I'm excited to see the ways this learning will help to transform my interactions with my team, players, and community.

Being a first timer and one who has been involved in soccer coaching for quite some time, this course has given me a different perspective in both coaching players and molding coaches from the 3 Dimension approach. I love the "TO'" and "THROUGH" strategies.
