It s a solid coaching tool and has great resources. It is long and somewhat tedious to get through but absolutely filled with nuggets of truth and inspiration that have the power to transform coaches.

I have been a varsity coach for 39 years in 3 different varsity programs. I truly wish i had been given the opportunity to learn from this program in my earlier years. While i believe i have coached in the 3 Dimensions over much of my career, it was truly a trial and error growth. This presentation does a great job of guiding and coach to become better person, teacher, coach and friend.

A lot of the course content I knew before taking the course, but never put into the simple words that the instructors used. I also never really had a plan to accomplish what I wanted to accomplish with the athletes. I just kind of made it up as I went along, hoping to achieve the relational and higher purpose strategies of the 2nd and 3rd dimensions, but without a well thought out plan. This course gave me a lot to think about how to implement a well thought out course of action for present and future athletes, coaches, and parents that I will be working with.

God blessed me in my days of playing and coaching football to be play for and coach with five coaches that were 3D coaches. My father, Gordon McKinstrey, Shrine football coach Ed Thomas, college football coach Larry Korver, first coach I coached for, Jerry Staton, and second coach I coached for, Ron Schipper. It is the only way I believed coaching was and how it should be. This course reaffirmed to me that God allowed me to be blessed to learn from these men. This course affirmed the many things we are trying to do with Pella Football and the young men we coach. I learned a lot about the overarching themes in sport today but just did not know how to put these themes into words. There is no doubt where Jeff Duke, Mark Hall, and Wes Simmons stand in their relationship with Jesus. Thank you to you guys for all your work, time, and efforts in 3D coaching. I want to finish my coaching career well and this 3D coaching class has inspired me to keep fighting to the finish. As Steve Johnson from Bethel has said, "Get in the fight, stay in the fight, Finish!" Thank you!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and content of this course. The faith-based add-ons were also very insightful. I would heartily recommend this course to coaches who aspire to coach the whole athlete toward beautiful and excellent outcomes.
