Walking through this course has opened my eyes to the immense responsibility and opportunities that coaches have in raising the next generation. While sports is a performance based activity, it is truly important to move the players from greater to good. And good is the character of God. As a disciple of Christ and a coach, all the more I have to be intentional to impart the good upon the next generation.

This course really opened my eyes to a different way of coaching. Some of the things I do as a coach align with the views of 3D coaching but there were other things I found during the course that will make me a better coach.

This course brought news ideas and perspectives that I had never considered prior. It brought up challenging topics while driving home the importance of some of the most basic things such as love and character. This was a great experience for anyone new or old to the coaching community.

I enjoyed the class. My AD bought licenses for all coaches to take, but we didn't have any of the accompanying materials. It would have been nice to have some materials to use to follow along and to take notes on.

I really enjoyed participating in this course. I believe that I already somewhat had an approach to a 3D coaching philosophy but this course has allowed me to think deeper into this approach and also give me justification on why I coach the way that I do.

This was so well put together. It was obvious that there was a lot of passion and love that went in to this. Along with being backed by a plethora of research.This course was not dated in any regards and addressed the current culture of athletics. The information pertained to every level of coaching, which makes this course a must for anyone pursuing a career in the field. I really appreciated the suggested activities and real world examples that were given throughout the modules. These are things I am so excited about implementing and have already started discussing with my coaching staff. Thank you so much for putting together such an incredible program!
