This course enabled me to self-reflect upon several strategies in which I currently use to coach the heart and mind, and also provided me with several applications which will strengthen the cohesion of my team. I feel more confident in my vision and have more tools and support to better implement my goals.

I wish that I would have had much of this information when I first started coaching. There is so much wisdom and practical information provided in the videos and it has caused me to self reflect upon my coaching practices. The 3 Dimensional Coaching program will allow me to be a better coach and teacher. It will allow me to better reach the heart of the student-athletes that I have the opportunity to coach. I'm excited to begin this journey and to implement what I have learned from this course! I will be recommending this course to all the coaches that I work with.

I loved this course. It was really cool to learn from these people because they knew what they were talking about, and it made it easy to access from being all online. I liked that it made the quizzes with the module because it made you watch them, which in turn helped me learn. The three dimensions I believe are really important after watching all this. I never would have known about it if I would not have taken this course. I would highly recommend it to others in the coaching area.
