I loved the content and organization of the course. As a Christian coach looking for ways to incorporate and improve Godly principles in my job, this course provided many practical ways to use sports to deliver the gospel. Our overall purpose as coaches is made very clear through great lessons and discussion.

As a coach of 30+ years you continue to seeks ways to improve yourself. The 3D coaching class was by far the best thing any coach can do for professional development. Many of us started coaching because we loved the game but finding that love for our athletes, community and really our self will solidify the true passion of why I coach.

I had been exploring various programs like this one to present to our coaches. I found a couple I liked but never felt 100% committed to making it happen for our coaches until this one. This program is an exciting framework for our coaches that I have no doubt will pay huge dividends for our number one constituency - our kids!

The step-by-step method to develop the transformation statement builds a foundation upon which the 3D framework can be built. The program thoroughly educates on the philosophy of 3D and provides opportunities to apply the philosophy. The presenters bring a passion and enthusiasm that is not only enjoyable but contagious.
