With over 35+ years in education, coaching basketball at various levels, athletic administration and sports ministry, 3D Coaching has rekindled a fire, put framework and purpose to my current and past work and provided fuel and motive to the future leadership and mentoring I hope to share with those coming behind me in athletics. Absolutely life changing! I can't wait to share it with my staff of 30+ coaches as well as any other coaches who has ears to here! Well done!

All coaches should take in this information - whether an old veteran or a brand new coach out of college. Your kids and parents will be blessed by the use of these tools and techniques. I have always felt that coaching was always more that just teaching the fundamentals of a certain sport. With this course it has helped to confirm that coaching is about effecting a student athletes life in ways outside of sport through sport.

After playing sports my entire life, and coaching for the last 27 years, this course really got me to reflect on my coaches, and the way I coach. I always knew who I didn't want to model myself after, but this course got me to understand new ways of doing things. I hope to inspire others to change the way they thing of doing things.

This course has change my outlook and has made me self evaluate my coaching practices. It made me reflect on something my father who coached for 30 years told me many years ago "If you think you know what you are doing you are going backwards, there is always something to learn."
