I took this course as our season was starting up. Instead of getting frustrated with the kids displaying lack of motivation or self worth I'm excited to recognize the symptoms and have a beginning knowledge base to be able to affect change with those kids. I have also been excited to share what I've been learning with my fellow coaches. I would highly recommend this course to all coaches!

I am further down my coaching journey then most coaches, but this helped me to see things I was doing right and things that I can still be doing better.
