I wish I was exposed to the 3D framework 20 years ago. I wonder what trajectory I would have been put on if my own coaches had be level 3 coaches. Now as a coach at the later stages of my career, I'm inspired to spend more time at level 2 and 3 to give the athletes I coach the experience we all deserve in sport.
