Sports: 3D Coaching Course for Certification

I had been debating whether or not I wanted to be a coach, but this course inspired me to coach basketball because it showed how a coach can positively impact kids, and it equipped me to do so.

I believe every coach should complete this course to not only to understand their "WHY", but truly understand how to get to the heart of a student-athlete. This is my second opportunity to take the course and I was able to reflect deeper by really looking at how I coach and what areas I must still continue to grow. Each module is a "part" of a whole process that takes you on a journey and builds up to the complete transformation. The videos allow you to feel as if you are part of the conversation and the instructors are talking directly to you. As a result I have transformed my way of coaching to another level. I took the original 3D Course through FCA but found this one to be so much better. It was more in depth and provided so much more useful information and examples. The separation between secular and Faith Based offers a greater opportunity to reach more coaches where they are at. I recommend this course almost daily to coaches I come in contact with.
