I have cried countless times throughout this course I have gone through a lot as an athlete. If our coaches have all these framework at place, it would have been a better place. Sports has showed me lemons but am here to make a lemonade out of it. Am here to be a better coach than my coaches and be a good examples to others and tell them that yes, there's a process to be a great and a good Coach. This course has impacted and changed me, and not just on the field work, but I have picked so much to apply it in other areas of life.

I was fortunate enough to learn from Dr. Duke in the classroom at UCF, then coach beside him at Edgewater High School. Dr. Duke has had an immense impact on my life.
