I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course. Its so easy to get caught up in being result focused because as coaches we are asked to do so much, but are only measured on wins and losses. Breaking down the other two dimensions has really opened my eyes on how intentional I need to be everyday. After going through this course I feel more confident that I can help our kids be more process oriented and that I can actually develop my student-athletes on a deeper level.

When I first heard a 3D presentation at my state's annual coaches clinic, I knew I had to learn more about it, dig deeper, and become a better coach. We are missing the JOY in youth sports, and I have felt this personally in watching my own children go through the process when results have trumped the process.
