I was required to take this course for a class at my college. I was thinking 75 minutes of videos would be hard to watch but much to my surprise the videos were very interesting. They weren't repetitive in a bad way and they didn't drag on. I found the information to be very captivating due to the way they presented it.

I have had the opportunity to hear Dr Duke speak and have read the 3 D book. I really enjoy learning about how to reach my athletes better.

I thought this course was very educational. When you think about the number of kids playing sports (53.8 million) it really shows that a coach is a high profile position. Coaching needs to be done the right way to positively impact our future generations and I believe 3D Coaching Dimension provides a perfect outline of how to do this.

I think the certification may tackle more practical stuff
needed some differential between different ages as each age has his own challenges
