I went through this course once before a few years ago and enjoyed it then. However, I have been struggling with maintaining the proper perspective in my coaching career and decided to go through it again. It was a breath of fresh air to renew my joy in coaching. As an added bonus, it provided me with a couple of reminders/refreshers that I plugged into my practice plans right away.

Well worth the time, and a great encouragement of what we should be focusing on as coaches. I have followed 3D coaching for some time, and have been aware of their connection with FCA, but this is the first time I really sat down and invested a few hours to dig a little deeper. I enjoyed taking this course to learn more about what makes a great coach and establish strong coach-player relationships. I am a communication student taking an athletic leadership class- and what the 3 dimension framework describes strongly correlates to what we are discussing in class.
