I thought the course did a good job of reviewing the basic information of the course allowing the participant a good understanding of the material and if they wanted to continue with their 3D studies.

This course would be a value to all coaches at every level. I have been familiar with 3D coaching through FCA, but this course has helped me with a greater understanding of the components. I am definitely going to work on taking the next level course(s).

It makes me think out of the box when looking out for helping my players to be better , and allowed me to see the simple things that i have forgot when i put competition as the main mather on our team .
