The "framework" that is emphasized in 3 Dimensional Coaching allows coaches and administrators the freedom for adoption of additional materials that support the 3D philosophy.
Our program prepares college students in the area of coaching and administration at the interscholastic levels, middle and high school.
The 3D framework and philosophy address the physical, mental and spiritual/emotional student-athlete and coach development. Teacher/Coaches would do well to bring this practice into their classroom.

Very good course, but I would like the see the essentials course go into a little bit more detail about the implementation of 3D coaching.

I received the course as a thank you for filling out the intrinsic survey. I already completed the full certification course so the videos were all the same. I do think it is a great intro for those that have yet to commit to the full course.

This course gave me a great insight in to what 3Dimensional Coaching is and how to apply it to my coaching style. This is a great tool and resource for all coaches and I would highly recommend all coaches to go through the course.
