Before beginning 3D Coaching, I felt that I had a pretty good grasp on how to develop my girls into the young women they needed to be both on and off the court. Now, I see that I wasn't scratching the surface. 3D Coaching opened my eyes to the many ways we can build lasting tradition and success in our athletes in all 3Dimensions, so they may reach their true full potential. I highly recommend 3D Coaching to all coaches whether they are looking to improve their coaching, programs, and themselves in all aspects or not. You will take something away from it.

This was the best coaching, educational and professional growth course I have ever taken. Allowed me ample time to reflect and analyze my coaching and create a plan for the future of our program here. Very insightful and emotional. I loved it.

This is an excellent course that every coach should take. It is lengthy, but worth every minute, because it really engrains in you the framework that 3D Coaching presents. It gives you many opportunities to figure out for yourself how your program will look with these new things in mind. This is my second time going through it, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first.

This course gets a coach excited. It teaches a coach to look at the whole picture of coaching. Even though my focus as a coach is TEAM focused, I learned many valuable techniques to bring to my team. I'm excited to start my basketball practices and play Tag with my players, spotlight players, cross the line, and continue to build a cohesive team. Those are just a few of the 3D Coaching techniques I will begin with. Can't wait to get started!
