The 3D Coaching Course was a great and useful course! I'm so glad I took the journey. It allowed for needed reflection and has given me many strategies that I look to use as I continue to mentor my coaches and student-athletes. I especially enjoyed taking it with 7 of my head coaches.

Much of the program is intuitive in mind but we always have to remember that we need to put that into action. I loved this entire program and would love for our teaching faculty to do the program.
