This course delves into all of the intricacies of being a good coach and mentor for our student athletes on their road to being happy, healthy and productive members of their current and future communities. I like how the course helps us understand the ideas behind the three dimensions of coaching, and why it is imperative that we grow in that direction for the sake of our student athletes, communities, and for ourselves as we move into the future.

Being in education for 26 years and coaching for the majority of those, I really wish I would have had the chance to take a course like this before I EVER started teaching and coaching. I have learned so much valuable information and look forward to implementing it in the very near future. I cannot wait to establish a deeper connection with my students and athletes.
