This course was structured in such a way that I kept wanting to read and listen and watch. I was engaged by the stories, the information and the questions enough that I reflected when prompted and after. I looked forward to talking with others going through the program in our district. This course is transformational. It helps us as coaches to see into our minds and hearts, to coach and develop athletes beyond just the knowledge of the sport - the technical, tactical aspects.
