Parents are the number one reason coaches struggle in this profession. This course gives coaches ideas and examples to help strengthen that interaction and relationship.

The content of the 3D system, Obtaining Alignment Between Coaches and Parts, will fundamentally change the way I interact with parents. It showed me how to look at the process of communicating with parents in a completely different manner.

As always, the 3D Institute perfectly captures the intent of educational-based activities. Building a positive, collaborative culture begins with a strong philosophy, and this course can be an effective tool for providing positive relationships between two groups that are, at times, at odds with each other.
Course was easy to follow along. Topics were pretty spot on and I was able to take a few things for my program.
