The 3D course is phenomenal! I have always felt like I could connect with athletes and parents. But, this course takes relationship building to a whole new level. Gaining more understanding of today's parent... This can help prevent drawing lines in the sand.
The 3DI course has been transformational and truly impactful on me personally and professionally. Most importantly the impact this course has had on me will better impact the student athletes I work with.
Would encourage everyone in leadership to take this course.
This course had a lot of helpful tools, resources, and ideas on how to help the coach to parent relationships which will ultimately help the team.
This class has really helped put into words what great coaches used to do with just intuition. Giving anyone with a growth mindset the tools become a great coach!
There was a lot of good content. I'm not sure why it is a separate "course" from the full-length 3D course. I think I would combine them.
This is a course all coaches should take. Getting everyone aligned for the betterment of the student-athlete. This will be the key to keeping students in their sports for longer periods of time.

This is a great course to help give direction when it comes to parents.
That is an amazing course. My context children come by they selves asking if they can be part of teams. Some Parents come later to see what is hapen in the field some time motivated by change behavior.
I like very much about comunications and that is the first thing I will implement.
