I have been an coach for 37 years. By viewing this program, I see some things that I have done correctly to motivate my golfers, but I have also learned ways in which I have a fixed mindset. We, as a coaching staff are going on to complete the course for certification. Growth is a continuing process, even for an old guy like me.

Before I took this course I was already trying to implement a culture of joy in my program. Unfortunately, at the expense of the athletes, I was a tour guide in a place I didn't know.
