This course provides a great overview of the 3D Coaching Course. There were several examples that I can use during tomorrow's practice. I definitely feel motivated to learn more about 3D Coaching as I think the techniques will help to improve our players' motivation and return to the sense of fun and team belonging they felt when they started playing their chosen sport.
